根據《Science Daily》的研究,研究人員找來30位BMI大於20,年齡界乎20至30歲的女性來做實驗,要求他們每天都像用280ml的番茄汁,2個月過後發現腹部的脂肪比原少減少了50%。

研究發現,飲用番茄汁除了讓肚腩能夠瘦下來之外,同樣令血清膽固醇、血脂肪指數都同時降低。看來番茄汁的好處不指能夠減肥,更加可以令你更健康呢!

研究指出番茄含有大量水分與膳食纖維,而且熱量只有25卡路里,因此就算一次過進食太多的話,也不會太影響身體內的血糖指數。

而且番茄中有大量茄紅素,能夠提升身體內的代謝循環能力,亦能夠增加25%的脂聯素(adiponectin)分泌。脂聯素能夠抗肥胖、抗血脂異常和抗高血糖,所以也是非常重要的番茄元素之一!

當然,在飲用番茄汁的同時,也要注意均衡飲食,不能以番茄汁作為正餐飲用。而且也要避免在期間進食高熱量的食物,這樣有機會抵消了番茄汁的功效。所以記住都要均衡飲食呢!
