男生大力有咩用?威囉!Charm囉!性能力強囉!係呀,小編無講錯呀!近日一份韓國研究指出,男性的手握力力量愈大,也代表他的性能力愈強,而且代表他們出現勃起障礙機率也愈低。相反如果你手握力好弱的話… 唉,一齊來看看研究的內容吧。

研究:「手握力弱,勃起障礙愈高!」

近日韓國一份關於老年人的研究發現,男性的手握力跟他們的性能力是具有關係的。研究以50歲以上的男性為對象,首先評估他們的性能力表現如何,並測試是否具有輕度、中度或重度的勃起障礙。

研究人員邀請測試者進行手握力測試,發現他們的手握力的大小與他們的性能力有所關係。研究指出,手握力低的男性,出現勃起障礙的機率會增加:手握力力量每下降5公斤,患上勃起障礙的機率就會提升18%。

做運動可減低勃起障礙風險

另一方面研究亦有指出,勃起障礙出現的原因與血紅素、肌肉力量、活動量等息息相關。因此建議男性應該多做運動,以降低出現勃起障礙的風險,因為適當地進行中至劇烈運動,能夠減少25%男性勃起障礙的發生機率。
